Well-known Shanghai nightclub No. 88 on Fumin Lu closed down as of this weekend. The establishment had a good, long run as a popular destination for locals and expatriates to get sauced, roll some dice around and grind against one another under gaudy decor and the watchful eye of security who readily grabbed drinks away from patrons who jumped on stage to dance.
