A collection of dead pigs recently piled up on the shore of the Huangpu River in Shanghai, rekindling horrific images of last year’s notorious hogwash that ended in some 10,000 dead pigs being fished out of the river after they were dumped by farmers in Jiaxing and Zhejiang province.
