Shanghai came in at number ten in the Global Language Monitor’s 10th Annual Survey ranking Global Fashion Capitals, a huge jump up from its spot at number 22 the previous year. The city also took over in becoming the most fashionable city in Asia, according to rankings, followed by Tokyo, Singapore and Hong Kong.
